If I had to reveal my biggest guilty pleasures – its food, travel and wine. By day I work for a fine wine company supplying some of the most expensive wines in the world. By night I’m eating in some of the best restaurants and at the weekends you can usually find me exploring luxurious hotels full of history, infinity pools or my other guilty pleasure – sipping Champagne in bubbling hot tubs.
With all that in mind I’ve teamed up with Preferred Hotels & Resorts to co-host their bi-monthly Twitter chat series. A hotel brand I’m incredibly passionate about with over 600 hotels in 85 countries. The theme for this chat is – Taste of Travel: We’ll discuss the best cities for food, top dining experiences, tips for discovering spots to eat like a local, and more!
If you love food and travel as much as I do then I’d love for you to join the chat over on Twitter with me and my fellow co-hosts! During the chat we’ll also be giving away $100 iPrefer Reward Certificate to use towards a stay in one of their hotels.
How to join in?
Head to Twitter on: 27th October at 11am EST (4pm BST) for one hour

Did you know some of my favourite hotels are part of the Preferred Hotels & Resorts Collection?
Sopwell House in St Albans is so close to London, yet it feels worlds away from city life. Gorgeous mews suites with a four poster to die for, a private hot tub on our terrace and precision perfect food. Even the shared hydrotherapy pool was stunning.
I regularly visit Brussels for both business and pleasure and each time I always make sure I check into Hotel Metropole. It’s such a beautiful hotel in the centre of Brussels and it’s full of history. I’m always coming across the hotel in movies too, which is often the backdrop for romantic love stories and tense thrillers. It’s also very close to some of the best restaurants in the city.
Closer to home is The Wellesley. A luxurious hotel in Knightsbridge which is home to entertaining Jazz evenings, hearty Italian food and a stunning afternoon tea.
There are so many hotels on my wish list and 2016 has been a fantastic year so far. Don’t forget to join me on my adventures to the Maldives, Dubai and Bordeaux later in the year! In the run up to the chat I’d love to hear your travel plans in the comments box below.
I’m so in – putting an alarm in my phone now lol
