For example, nearly 60% of American travellers value air conditioning as the most important amenity – over full kitchens and the internet.

For example, a beautiful pool really helps seal the deal, while parking and pets will also see your premises rising to the top.
Nevertheless, despite many countries selecting a pool as their top additional amenity, it appears as though Canadian, Australian and American travellers see free parking as more important. Plus, don’t miss out pet-lovers, as 29% see pet-friendly places as their number one priority.
